What sort of things do you do every single day at practice? Could be a warm up, things you do during indy time everyday, etc.
Just curious what sort of things you believe are a "staple" of the OL.
Personally, we work drive/catch and steps everyday. I still name the steps just to give the kids a frame of reference (for example a lateral step, half man step, and whole man step all have different angles of departure. Still rely on the drive/catch, but naming the steps helps my kids understand the different angle that they need to take)

We work stance and starts every day.... We also work bags we don't do a lot of over the bag stuff as most lineman don't get their feet up that high in a game or practice... we will work posting vertical, lateral shuffles, kick steps those sort of things through the bags. We work boards under the shoot everyday as well with same type of steps... 1/2 man, full man, angle down, and a few others... We will work zone doubles as well as coming off the double with crowther.
